If you attended the Spencer Grade School in 1967 then there’s a good chance we have your yearbook aka Comet photo. After the Spencer Grade School closed, the front steps removed, and was converted into office’s. Currently the old Grade School building houses Committee on Aging, a senior citizen resource program, Patch 21st Century, an afterschool / community health organization, Headstart Daycare, and a GED program.
The copy of the Comet we used was owned by a student who attended the school so some of the pictures had been cut out. We digitally restored the pages but were unable to restore some of the photos so if you see a photo that is missing that is due to it being missing in the original copy we received.
